RETURNSReturns must be made within 30 days of purchase. We can only accept returns on products purchased directly from mevo.com
If you purchased your Mevo product(s) from a third party retailer (e.g. Amazon, Best Buy, B&H), you must return the product(s) to that retailer. If purchased from a third party, and within warranty period of third party’s policy, you should still contact that party directly.
